Earth Day Event: Wisconsin Wildlife Presentation
The Door County Land Trust and Crossroads at Big Creek are thrilled to co-host a special Earth Day event, Wisconsin Wildlife, featuring renowned professional wildlife photographer and speaker John Van Den Brandt.
The presentation will take place on Wednesday, April 22, from 7:00 – 8:00 PM at the Collins Learning Center Auditorium at Crossroads at Big Creek. Guests will embark on a visual journey through the wonders of our native animals, from bald eagles snatching fish off lakes to black bears lumbering up trees.
John Van Den Brandt, owner of Wild Wind Images LLC, is celebrated for his stunning wildlife photography. His work has been featured in articles, textbooks, websites, and advertisements. His fine art prints grace homes and businesses across the country. His wildlife calendars have sold more than 100,000 copies.
“This Earth Day, we’re excited to give our community a chance to connect with the beauty and diversity of Wisconsin’s wildlife through John’s remarkable lens,” said Emily Wood, Executive Director at Door County Land Trust.
Attendees are invited to experience breath-taking images and soul-stirring moments while learning fascinating facts about the animals that inhabit our state.
